This Saturday 6/11 at the Capital District Farmers Market in Menands you can get a free pumpkin plant while supplies last!  Pumpkins are really easy to grow, require full sunlight and enough room to grow and that's it.  

Each person can receive up to 5 pumpkin plants.

Driving past Spare Time Bowling in Latham this weekend I noticed a sign that said "free bowling 8/29 to 9/2 open to close".

I couldn't find it on their website, but if you want to take the kids before school starts, it's worth a call to find out more! 785-6694
